What are the startup costs associated with my account?

All account premiums require deposit up front equal to one month of services PLUS first month’s service cost. Startup also requires $150 Onboarding Fee. Package I example: Depost: $1350, 1st Month: $1350, Onboarding Fee: $150

How are phone calls and emails billed?

All phone calls lasting longer than 3 minutes will be billed to the client’s hours balance. All emails requiring more than 5 minutes of attention will be billed to client’s hours balance.

What are the contract term lengths you offer?

We offer 3 month consulting contracts. Your deposit will be applied to your last month’s payment unless terminated early.

What if I need to terminate my contract early?

Early termination of contract will result in loss of deposit.

Do you have an officiant for wedding ceremonies?

Yes, we offer officiant services with our wedding planning packages

What do you charge for driving time?

$0.60/mile

What if I need urgent help with something?

We are happy to help with urgent matters. However, the client will be billed $150 Expedited Fee + $75/hr

Are you available on holidays?

Our staff is completely unavailable for the following dates & holidays including: New Years Day, Presidents Day, Valentine’s Day, Good Friday, Easter, Monday after Easter, Memorial Day, Mother’s Day, June 3, Father’s Day, Independence Day, August 30, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve
